Deutsche Bank analyst Scott Deuschle initiated coverage of Howmet Aerospace with a Buy rating and $59 price target. Given what the firm calls “the as-yet early cycle nature of the OE recovery,” along with opportunities for short, medium, and long-term share gain, it thinks the stock can continue to trade at a premium multiple and calls Howmet “a way to own the end-market exposure of commercial OE.”
