Houlihan Lokey in talks to acquire Triago, Bloomberg says

Houlihan Lokey is in talks to acquire Triago, a placement agent known for assisting private equity firms with fundraising, people with knowledge of the matter told Bloomberg’s Gillian Tan and Eliza Ronalds-Hannon. A transaction hasn’t yet been finalized and it’s possible talks could collapse, the report noted.
