Home Depot price target lowered to $437 from $467 at Truist

Truist lowered the firm’s price target on Home Depot (HD) to $437 from $467 but keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 results were better than the firm’s revised estimates and marked the first positive comp in eight quarters, while sales have generally improved since October of 2024, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The management is projecting a positive comp for FY25 at 1%, although the sub-3% comp trend will cause more deleverage than previously estimated, Truist adds.
