Mizuho analyst Ben Chaiken downgraded Hilton (HLT) to Neutral from Outperform with a price target of $263, up from $243. The firm cites largely valuation for the downgrade. Hilton is one of the highest-quality businesses in the group, but the stock’s valuation is full at current levels and there is limited upside to Street estimates in 2025 and 2026, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
