Hershey (HSY) is slated to announce the exit of CEO Michele Buck, Semafor’s Rohan Goswami and Liz Hoffman report, citing people familiar with the matter. Buck, who has been in the role since 2017, will stay as CEO and remain on the board as the company searchers for her replacement, with the aim of a transition by July 2026, the authors note.
