Last night, the company also reported Q4 revenue $936.4, consensus $898.3M. Laurans Mendelson, CEO, commented on the results stating, “We are very pleased to report record quarterly results in consolidated net sales and operating income driven by record net sales at both of our operating segments. These results reflect 12% consolidated organic net sales growth principally arising from continued strong demand for our commercial aerospace products and services and the contributions from our fiscal 2023 and 2022 acquisitions. On August 4, 2023, we completed the acquisition of Wencor, which is HEICO’s largest ever in terms of purchase price, as well as revenues and income acquired. As I have stated before, Wencor is a perfect and highly complementary fit with HEICO.”
