Health In Tech (HIT), an Insurtech platform company backed by third-party AI technology, priced its initial public offering of 2.3M shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $4.00 per share. The shares are trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “HIT”. American Trust Investment Services is acting as the sole book-running manager of this offering.
