Channel checks suggest Harley-Davidson may need to further cut shipment guidance this year, UBS tells investors in a research note. UBS, which made no change to its Neutral rating or $40 price target believes the September quarter will show a worsening performance, and notes that several dealers have informed the firm that they haven’t taken delivery of any more bikes from Harley in weeks and they don’t expect any more for the rest of this year.
