Group 1 Automotive (GPI) announced its board of directors has approved an increase in the 2025 annual dividend rate to $2.00 per share. This represents an increase of 6%, or 12c, from the 2024 annual dividend rate of $1.88 per share. Consistent with this increase, a 50c dividend per share will be payable on March 17 to stockholders of record as of March 3.
