Graphic Packaging (GPK) announced that its board of directors voted to increase the quarterly dividend to 11c per share of common stock, a 10% increase from the prior quarterly dividend of 10c. The increased dividend will be payable on April 5 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on March 15.
