Alphabet’s (GOOGL) Google has filed a complaint to the European Commission against what it claims were Microsoft’s (MSFT) anti-competitive practices to lock customers into its cloud platform Azure, Reuters’ Philip Blenkinsop reports. The search giant said that Microsoft was exploiting its dominant Windows Server operating system to block competition, the author notes.
