Goldman Sachs (GS) is set to earn $92M from its work advising Kellanova (K) on its $36B sale to Mars, while Lazard (LAZ) is set to earn $10M, The Financial Times’ Joshua Franklin reports. The majority of both fees is dependent on the deal successfully closing.
