Goldman Sachs names new leaders for investment banking, trading units, FT says

Goldman Sachs (GS) is naming new leaders for its equities, fixed income and banking businesses, alongside a reshuffle of leadership at its international unit, The Financial Times’ James Fontanella-Khan reports. Erdit Hoxha, Cyril Goddeeris and Dmitri Potishko will lead the equities division, while Kunal Shah, Anshul Sehgal and Jason Brauth will head the fixed income unit, according to the report. Kim Posnett, Matt McClure and Anthony Gutman will oversee the investment banking franchise. Shah and Gutman will also assume the roles of co-CEO of Goldman Sachs International, succeeding Richard Gnodde. “This group of leaders represents the very best of our culture of excellence, client service and teamwork. They have made outstanding contributions throughout their careers to our client franchise, operations and market-leading positions across our business,” said CEO David Solomon in a memo.
