Citi analyst Keith Horowitz downgraded Goldman Sachs to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $400, up from $370. The analyst sees a balanced risk/reward with the shares trading slightly ahead of the historical multiple. Citi does not expect outsized tangible book value going forward for Goldman but says the benefit to reducing on-balance sheet investments will be more stability in the return profile, which may improve the multiple over time.
