General Motors (GM) told The Verge that Cadillac’s new ultra-luxury Escalade IQ will not have access to Apple CarPlay (AAPL) or Android Auto (GOOGL). Despite being fitted with a new 55-inch infotainment screen, compatibility for such phone projection featuers isn’t there, The Verge’s Umar Shakir says.
