Global Engine (GLE) Group Holding has completed the acquisition of a 22.5% stake in Corpotech Holdings Limited, which, through its wholly owned subsidiary Corpotech Limited, owns a 9,627 sq.ft data center in Tsing Yi, Hong Kong, for a total consideration of $2.25M. The Company believes this strategic investment positions GLE to capitalize on the burgeoning data managed services sector in Hong Kong.
