BofA lowered the firm’s price target on General Dynamics to $295 from $305 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares to account for softer Aerospace deliveries. The firm now expects Aerospace deliveries to peak at 175 aircraft in 2027, versus a prior call for a peak of 185 aircraft starting in 2026, and reduced its EPS estimates accordingly for 2023, 2024 and 2025.
