General Dynamics was awarded a $768.66M firm-fixed-price contract for Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle Phase III and IV detailed design and prototype build and testing. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Sterling Heights, Michigan, with an estimated completion date of December 25, 2027. FY23 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $94.04M were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command is the contracting activity.
