Jefferies notes that Gartner’s (IT) Q4 revenues came in well ahead of the firm’s expectations and consensus and that adjusted EPS was “well above expectations” also. However, excluding a tax benefit, the firm estimates adjusted EPS was closer to $3.40, adds the analyst, who points out that the company’s 2025 revenue guidance of at least 6.5% year-over-year in constant currency is “a lot weaker” than the firm’s 9.1% estimate. Jefferies has a Hold rating and $525 price target on Gartner shares.
