Full Truck Alliance announces $500M share repurchase program

The company’s board authorized a share repurchase program, under which the company may repurchase up to $500M of the company’s ADSs during a period of up to 12 months starting from March 1. As of March 6, the company had repurchased an aggregate of approximately 30.7M ADSs for approximately $200M from the open market under the share repurchase program.
