Susquehanna analyst Christopher Stathoulopoulos raised the firm’s price target on Frontier Group to $5 from $3 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares as part of a Q3 earnings preview for the airlines and aircraft leasing group. Looking at Q4 and early 2025, the firm sees an “increasingly constructive setup” for industry revenue per available seat mile, with supply continuing to exit the market and demand tracking at “healthy levels.” While global Delta (DAL) and United (UAL) remain Susquehanna’s top picks, the firm sees a “dynamic” operating landscape into 2025, with opportunities potentially emerging within the low-cost carrier and ultra-low-cost space.
