Franklin Resources (BEN) reported preliminary month-end assets under management of $1.58 trillion at January 31, 2025, compared to $1.58 trillion at December 31, 2024. This month’s AUM reflected the impact of positive markets, partially offset by preliminary long-term net outflows of $13 billion, inclusive of $17 billion of long-term net outflows at Western Asset Management.1 Excluding Western Asset Management, preliminary long-term net inflows were $4 billion.
