France is preparing to unveil a formal proposal seeking to limit the scope of ESG reporting requirements, Bloomberg’s Frances Schwartzkopff and Ania Nussbaum report. According to a person familiar with the matter, France’s government could present its proposal as early as this week that is intended to rein in the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. Shares of Workiva (WK) are down nearly 10% to $102.67 in afternoon trading.
