Fortune Brands Innovations (FBIN) announced that Matthew Novak was appointed by the Board of Directors to serve as executive vice president and chief supply chain officer. Novak will be responsible for driving Fortune Brands’ global operations, including strategic sourcing; manufacturing efficiency and capacity; distribution, planning and logistics; and health and safety. Novak has over 25 years of experience in driving supply chain excellence and operational optimization, including in implementing enterprise systems that streamline processes and improve efficiency. “Since joining FBIN in 2020, Matt has proven himself to be an exceptional leader who is focused on our customers, delivering results, and building teams. He has led several key initiatives to align the supply chain organization and help unlock the full potential of the Fortune Brands Advantage across the Company,” said Fortune Brands Chief Executive Officer Nicholas Fink.
