Epic Games’ popular video game “Fortnite” is finally available on iOS (AAPL) again, just over four years after Apple took it off the App Store, though the game on iOS is only available in the European Union, The Verge’s Jay Peters reports. The title is launching Friday on both a new iPhone version of the Epic Games Store and through AltStrore PAL, a separate third-party platform, the author says, noting that the Epic Games Store is also now available for Android users globally. “We’re really excited and grateful for the European DMA law,” Epic Games founder and CEO Tim Sweeney told reporters. “Fortnite is finally returning to iOS in Europe.” Investors in Epic include Tencent (TCEHY), KKR (KKR), Disney (DIS), and Sony (SONY).
