Barclays analyst Julian Mitchell raised the firm’s price target on Fortive to $94 from $91 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares after the company held an investor call to discuss the Precision Technologies spin news. The firm is raising its 2025/out-year Fortive adjusted EPS estimates slightly, to account for the higher share buyback that the company guided to between now and the spin in Q4 2025.
