FormFactor price target lowered to $44 from $60 at TD Cowen

TD Cowen analyst Krish Sankar lowered the firm’s price target on FormFactor (FORM) to $44 from $60 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm said the slowdown in smartphone/PC demand is weighting down on the company’s December quarter outlook.
