Piper Sandler lowered the firm’s price target on First Solar (FSLR) to $230 from $250 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm says key market concerns into earnings surrounded revenue guidance and warranty charges. On those fronts, guidance outperformed expectations. However, EPS still missed on lower margins attributable to higher COGS, Piper adds.
