In a move to respond to growth and further develop its Legal and Risk leadership teams, First Commonwealth (FCF) Bank has promoted Deputy Chief Risk and Chief Compliance Officer Linda Metzmaier to Executive Vice President/Chief Risk Officer, effective Jan. 1… The promotion is part of a realignment to separate the bank’s legal and risk areas to allow for dedicated prioritization of each function.
