Cloud-based design platform Figma has been in talks with lenders in recent weeks to discuss an IPO that could occur as soon as this year, the New York Times’ Lauren Hirsch and Mike Isaac report, citing two people with knowledge of the matter. The discussions come after European and U.S. regulators blocked an effort by Adobe (ADBE) to acquire Figma for $20B in 2023, the authors note.
