Fathom withholds Q3 guidance

The company said, “In light of the recent introduction of two new revenue share models and their yet-to-be-determined impact on future revenues and Adjusted EBITDA, the Company has elected to withhold guidance for the Q3 ending September 30, 2024. Management plans to reassess and potentially reinstate guidance expectations in the Q4 of 2024, allowing time to evaluate the performance of these new models.”
