Stephens lowered the firm’s price target on Fathom to $2.50 from $4 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. Fathom’s Q1 results and Q2 guidance “left a lot to be desired” as the company’s revenue shortfall was due to issues that “could take a little time to iron out,” the analyst tells investors. However, the firm cites a still-favorable valuation on heavily cut estimates and the company’s strategy in place to rejuvenate the top-line ahead of a cycle turn for its Overweight rating.
