Fairfax Financial (FRFHF) announced that, effective January 1, 2025, Brian Young has become the President of Fairfax Insurance Group and Andrew Barnard, who has held this position since 2011, has moved to the role of Chairman of Fairfax Insurance Group. Brian joined Odyssey Group in 1996 and has served as its CEO since 2011. Effective January 1, 2025, Carl Overy has become the CEO of Odyssey, leading its three operating platforms: OdysseyRe, Hudson, and Newline. Carl has served as the CEO of OdysseyRe since April 2023.
