Boeing’s 737 Max 10 was given type-inspection authorization by the Federal Aviation Administration that clears the path for the next phase of flight testing, Siddharth Philip of Bloomberg reports, citing a company statement. The authorization for the 737 Max 10 gives FAA test pilots access to test flights, after more than 400 flights performed by Boeing, according to the statement. Shares of Boeing are up $1.43 to $219.70 in late morning trading.
