Expeditors (EXPD) International of Washington announced that Jeffrey Musser, President and Chief Executive Officer, plans to retire, effective March 31. The company also announced that the board of directors has unanimously elected Daniel Wall, current President – Global Geographies, as Expeditors’ next President and Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1. Upon his retirement, Mr. Musser will step down from the board and Mr. Wall will be appointed to the board and stand for election at the company’s upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders, the company noted.
