Expand Energy amends expiration date for tender offer

Expand Energy (EXE) announced that the expiration date for its previously announced cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 5.500% Senior Notes due 2026 has been amended to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on November 27, 2024, unless extended or earlier terminated. The Tender Offer is being made pursuant to an Offer to Purchase, dated November 20, 2024, as amended on November 21, 2024 and the related Notice of Guaranteed Delivery. The Guaranteed Delivery Time has also been amended to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on December 2, 2024.
