Evolv (EVLV) Technologies Holdings announced that on January 31 it received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market informing the Company that Nasdaq has granted the Company’s request for an exception to Nasdaq’s Listing Rule 525 which requires listed companies to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The exception gives the Company until May 19, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2024 . In partnership with AlixPartners a leading global business advisory firm, the Company is working expeditiously to file the Quarterly Report. The Company will host a publicly accessible conference call to review the financial results once the Quarterly Report has been filed
