Evans Bancorp to join Russell 3000 index

Evans Bancorp “announced it will be added to the Russell 3000(R) Index, effective after the U.S. market opens on June 26, 2023, as part of the 2023 Russell indexes reconstitution. Based upon its membership in the Russell 3000(R) Index, Evans will also become a member of the small-cap Russell 2000(R) Index.”
