Enovis to replace Arch Resources in S&P 600 at open on 1/14

Consol Energy (CEIX) is acquiring Arch Resources (ARCH) in a deal expected to be completed soon, pending final closing conditions. Following completion of the merger, Consol Energy will be renamed Core Natural Resources and its ticker will change to “CNR.”
