Citi raised the firm’s price target on Energy Transfer LP (ET) to $22 from $20 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm cites the company’s higher than expected EBITDA guidance and “meaningfully higher” near-term growth on the back of $5B in guided growth capital for the target increase.
