Eldridge Industries has agreed to buy 10% of Blue Owl Capital’s GP Stakes III fund that owns minority stakes in alternative asset managers including Vista Equity Partners and Silver Lake Management, Gillian Tan of Bloomberg reports, citing people with knowledge of the matter. A deal for the piece of Blue Owl GP Stakes III is poised to deliver about $985M to the firm over the next 27 months, sources told Bloomberg. Shares of Blue Owl Capital are up 2% to $22.23 following the report.
