Trade Minister Liesje Schreinemacher, the top Dutch trade official, said Netherlands will not summarily accept new U.S. restrictions on exporting chip-making technology to China and is consulting with European and Asian allies, Reuters reports. This comes ahead of Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte’s planned visit to the U.S. on Tuesday, when he is expected to discuss export policy with U.S. President Joe Biden.
