BofA raised the firm’s price target on DuPont (DD) to $88 from $82 and keeps an Underperform rating on the shares. DuPont posted “strong” Q4 results with better than expected guidance for 2025, “unlike many companies in our chemicals coverage,” the analyst tells investors. However, the 6%-8% EPS growth guidance for 2025 is lower than “much of our specialty chemical coverage,” the analyst added. The firm sees significant growth potential for the Water business, but argues that the “RemainCo will likely have some sluggish businesses.”
