UBS analyst Robin Farley tells investors in a research note that ESPN Bet’s OSB handle share has shown a consistent increase through Q4 across the five states covered, but ESPN Bet has not shown a consistent increase in market share of revenue. The firm’s data shows that ESPN Bet’s GGR share has trended higher then lower through the quarter and DraftKings’ GGR share trended lower across the three months, but that may have more to do with sports calendar ramping up for NBA compared to Q3, and UBS expects DraftKings to sustain its high OSB market share, the firm adds. UBS made no change to its Buy rating or $44 price target on DraftKings.
