Dorian LPG (LPG) updated its financial and operational outlook for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 and announced that its Board of Directors has declared an irregular cash dividend of 70 per share of the Company’s common stock, returning approximately $30.0M of capital to shareholders. The irregular dividend is payable on or about February 27, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 5.
