Domino’s Pizza Group PLC, the London-listed UK franchise of the U.S. pizza delivery group, is one of four bidders interested in Wingstop’s U.K. franchise, The Financial Times’ Ivan Levingston, Eri Sugiura and Alexandra Heal reported earlier. According to people familiar with the process, Sixth Street, which owns the American Wingstop franchisee Far West Services, is also among those interested in a deal that could value Wingstop at roughly GBP 400M, as well as KKR (KKR) and TSG Consumer Partners.
