As previously reported yesterday, TD Securities upgraded Dollarama to Buy from Hold with a price target of C$154, up from C$150, after the company reported Q2 results slightly ahead of consensus and maintained its FY25 guidance. The firm cited “increasing comfort” that Dollarama can sustain same-store sales growth within its target range as it laps outsized growth, that Dollarcity LATAM has a material runway for earnings and free cash flow growth, and that the model is proving portable as it looks toward Mexico.
