U.S. prosecutors are aiming to investigate business that SAP and tech reseller Carahsoft Technology have done with nearly 100 government agencies as part of a wider examination of potential price-fixing, Bloomberg’s Jake Bleiberg and Christina Kyriasoglou report, citing new court records. The records indicate that the scope of the probe is far broader than previously known, the authors note. The U.S. Justice Department sent Carahsoft a legal demand for information on 94 civilian government agencies with which it has conducted business for SAP products, the authors say.
