KeyBanc lowered the firm’s price target on Diamondback Energy to $216 from $225 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm sees mixed signs with oil markets, given a healthy global economy, the Chinese government’s economic stimulus, and fluctuating geopolitical tensions. With that said, KeyBanc does not foresee a sustained move higher in crude prices.
