Senators Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders as well as Representative Joaquin Castro have sent a letter to the Department of Justice, DOJ, asking for it to investigate and potentially prevent a joint venture between Disney (DIS), Fox (FOX), and Warner Bros (WBD) which would combine ESPN, Fox Sports, and TNT Sports in a direct-to-consumer streaming service called Venu Sports, Andrew Marchand of The New York Times reports.
